Nic Vu serves as Senior Advisor for Global Expansion & Strategic Partnerships at Enhanced Well Solutions (EWS), supporting the company’s international growth strategy across emerging and established energy markets. An accomplished international business leader, Nic brings decades of experience in global market development and a powerful network of senior executives, commercial operators, and sovereign partners across the consumer and government sectors.
Since teaming up with EWS in 2024, Nic has helped lead the company’s strategic entry into Brazil, the Middle East, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), identifying high-value commercial opportunities and facilitating introductions to government agencies and key industry stakeholders. His efforts have positioned EWS for public and private sector engagements, including potential government-backed contracts focused on deploying EWS’s patented, proprietary chemical technologies for artificial lift optimization, production efficiency, and well life extension.
In addition to his work with EWS, Nic serves as Executive Chairman of AX3 Holdings, a global platform specializing in financial services, commodities, government relations, and energy initiatives.Previously, Nic served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer at Adidas Group North America, where he spent over a decade leading transformative growth initiatives.
He is credited with turning around the company’s retail division, making it one of Adidas’ most profitable and strategically important channels. In recognition of his leadership and impact, Nic received the SGBJ 40 Over 40 Award, honoring top-performing executives driving meaningful results.
